What you get for professional services.

The five features that matter most for your shape of business, with concrete claims you can verify on a 30-day trial.

Service catalogue
Reusable service templates with default day / project / retainer rates per engagement type. Override per line on each quote. Currency-aware (GBP / EUR / USD) with your tenant's default surfaced first.
Multi-pipeline (sales + delivery)
Track sales prospects on one board, active engagements on another. Convert a won opportunity to a live engagement with one drag - the project gets its own delivery stages.
Customer portal for clients
White-labelled portal where clients see their engagements, message their lead consultant, approve scope changes, download their invoices, see their balance. Cuts the "where are we on the X work?" emails.
Quote-to-acceptance tracking
Every quote's opens, views, acceptance and signature time tracked on the lead's timeline. You see who clicked the quote, how long they spent on it, and when they signed - all visible on the kanban card.
Custom fields per engagement
Project code, SOW reference, billing cadence, retainer ceiling, hours used vs allocated. Set once on the engagement; reuse across every quote, invoice line, and the client's portal view.
AI scope-of-work drafts + prospect finder
Type the brief; AI returns a structured SoW you tweak and send. House style baked in via your tenant AI context document. AI prospect finder shortlists new client targets from a sentence ("Series A SaaS firms hiring fractional CFOs") with sites and reasons.
Find finance + ops director emails
One click on any prospect → verified emails for the people who buy professional services: CFOs, COOs, partners, heads of operations. Job titles, confidence scores, saved into the lead ready for your BD outreach.
New service line - ranked client list + drafted emails
Just added R&D tax credit reviews to your service offer? Or a regulatory change applies to a subset of clients? Type the trigger, Jeanus ranks every client in your book by who's most likely to need it - based on their sector, size, and the work you've already done with them. Tier filter: HIGH = directly affected, MEDIUM = adjacent, "Bulk client" flag on top accounts. AI drafts a different email to each referencing your shared history: "given the patent filing we supported for you last year, the new R&D credit review applies directly". 30 emails in 30 seconds, plain-text, high-conversion BD.
Day-rate margin sign-off
Consultant pitching below your firm-wide day-rate floor? Request routes automatically to a partner. Audit trail kept. Stops side-channel approvals on undercut deals.

Common questions from professional services buyers.

How do you handle retainers vs hourly billing?

Both fit the service catalogue. Retainers as a service line with a monthly rate + a configured ceiling; hourly engagements as a service line with a day rate + a workspace for logged hours. Reports separate retainer ARR from project revenue from hourly billing.

Can we send SOWs that customers e-sign?

Yes. Quote builder generates branded quote URLs that clients accept or decline without logging in, with electronic-signature capture and PDF attachment. The acceptance timestamp + IP are kept on the customer record for audit.

What about Xero / QuickBooks integration?

CSV export of every quote + customer record works today. Live two-way sync to Xero / QuickBooks is a bespoke build path - we wire it per tenant because each accounts package has different gotchas around tax codes, multi-currency journals, and credit notes.

Can a client see their engagement health (hours used, deadline risk)?

On the portal, yes. The engagement page surfaces hours used vs allocated, milestones hit vs scheduled, and any open scope-change requests. Cuts the weekly status-update meeting in half.

Terminology that fits your shop. Out of the box, Jeanus calls them "leads" and "clients" in your nav, your dashboard, your reports, your emails. You can change either in Settings → Workspace at any time.
FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

Honest answers to the ones we hear most.

Not yet, and no. Today the AI drafts, summarises and advises in single-turn calls - it doesn't take multi-step actions autonomously. Agentic flows are on the roadmap. We don't train models on your data either; your customer data never leaves your tenant. What learns over time is the per-tenant AI context document where you teach the AI your house style and terminology.
