What you get for products + e-commerce.

The five features that matter most for your shape of business, with concrete claims you can verify on a 30-day trial.

Customer self-serve portal
Your customers log in, see their negotiated prices, place orders, track shipments, message their account manager. White-labelled to your brand, branded by your tenant CMS.
Multi-currency from day one
GBP, EUR, USD baked in. Customers see their account currency on the portal; you see a single GBP-converted dashboard. FX rates pulled daily from your tenant config.
Quote builder + e-sign + PDF
Branded quote URLs recipients accept or decline without logging in. PDF auto-attached for accounting. Live open / view / acceptance tracking with timestamps and IP.
Stock visibility per customer
Configure floor stock per SKU to keep back from the portal; available stock surfaces to the right customers. No more "in stock" surprises after a customer places an order.
Lead capture forms + AI prospect finder
Public lead-capture forms at /forms/<slug> land directly in your pipeline, dedupe by email, auto-enrich via Companies House. AI prospect finder shortlists trade buyers from a single sentence ("independent garden centres in the South West"), with sites and reasons attached.
Find buyer + category manager emails
One click on any prospect → verified emails for the buyers and category managers who actually order. Job titles, confidence scores, saved straight into the lead's contacts. Skip the cold info@ inbox and email the person who can say yes.
New SKU launch - ranked customer list + drafted emails
New range, format, or end-of-line clearance? Type the new product (or paste in your release sheet) and Jeanus ranks every customer in your book by whether they already buy this brand, this format, or this category. Tier filter: HIGH = bought the exact SKU before · MEDIUM = bought the same category · "Bulk buyer" flag on top 25% revenue accounts. AI drafts a different email to each referencing their actual purchase mix - "we've launched 200ml; it lands against the 330ml you order monthly". 50 emails in 30 seconds, plain-text, high reply rate. Replaces Klaviyo + ESP tools for B2B trade outreach.
AI catalogue search in the portal
Customers search the catalogue in natural language ("crisps in 40g bags under £8 a case") and the portal returns ranked SKU matches with their negotiated prices. Cuts the "do you stock X?" emails to the rep.

Common questions from products + e-commerce buyers.

Do you integrate with Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento?

Not directly out of the box. Most product-business tenants run Jeanus for B2B + a separate consumer storefront on Shopify; the two systems are deliberately decoupled because B2B pricing rules don't fit Shopify's consumer-facing flow. For tighter integration, the bespoke build path can wire either direction via the platform's open API.

How does it handle catalogue updates?

Bulk CSV import for new or updated products, mapped against your existing SKUs. Updates propagate to every customer's portal view within seconds.

Can customers pay through the portal?

Quotes accept-and-pay via Stripe (already wired). Repeat orders + invoices + statement settlement are part of the bespoke build scope - the platform tracks the orders + balance, but final payment flow varies enough by tenant (Stripe, GoCardless, BACS only) that it's built per tenant.

What about inventory sync with our warehouse?

Manual inventory updates via CSV or admin UI work today. Live warehouse sync (e.g. Mintsoft, Linnworks, ShipStation) is a bespoke build path - we've wired it for multiple tenants and the time-to-ship is usually 1-2 weeks.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

Honest answers to the ones we hear most.

Not yet, and no. Today the AI drafts, summarises and advises in single-turn calls - it doesn't take multi-step actions autonomously. Agentic flows are on the roadmap. We don't train models on your data either; your customer data never leaves your tenant. What learns over time is the per-tenant AI context document where you teach the AI your house style and terminology.
