Jeanus for:WholesaleRecruitmentProductsAgencyPro services
Jeanus for recruitment agencies

The recruitment CRM for the client side: new business, intros, fees.

Built for recruitment agencies running the client + BD side of the business: tracking hiring clients, managing live roles, drafting candidate intros with AI, finding new client targets, signing off below-floor fees. Honest scope: the candidate-facing portal (CV uploads, preferences, alerts) is on the roadmap, not in the product today - use Jeanus alongside your existing candidate database for now.

What you get for recruitment.

The five features that matter most for your shape of business, with concrete claims you can verify on a 30-day trial.

Multi-pipeline (clients + roles)
Track hiring clients and the live roles each one has open on separate kanban boards. Standard pipeline stages for BD, plus a role pipeline for managing the recruitment lifecycle of every brief.
Custom fields per role
Salary band, notice period, hybrid / remote / onsite, sector, security clearance, IR35 status. Set them once on a role template; reuse on every submission.
AI candidate intro drafts
Paste in the candidate's CV summary + the role brief + any context; AI drafts a personalised intro email in your house style. You read it, tweak, hit send. Drafting outreach used to take 10 minutes, now takes 30 seconds.
AI prospect finder for new clients
Type a target client description ("Series B SaaS firms hiring CFOs", "PE-backed manufacturing groups in the Midlands") and AI returns a real shortlist of companies with sites and reasons. Adds qualified BD targets to your pipeline.
Find hiring managers + HR directors
One click on any client prospect → verified emails for the people doing the hiring: HR directors, hiring managers, heads of talent. Named contacts with job titles and confidence scores. Saves into the client record ready for your BD outreach.
Companies House lookup for clients
Paste a client URL, auto-fill the official trading name, company number, director list, sector code. Saves five minutes of due-diligence Googling per new lead.
Below-floor fee sign-off
Consultant pitching below your minimum margin on a placement fee or day-rate margin? Request routes automatically to a manager. Audit trail kept. Stops side-channel approvals on undercut deals.

Common questions from recruitment buyers.

Where does this fit vs Bullhorn / Vincere?

Jeanus complements rather than replaces an ATS today. We focus on the client and BD side: managing hiring clients, drafting intros, finding new clients via AI, signing off on fees. If you also need full candidate management (CV parsing, search, candidate portal, GDPR cascade), keep your ATS for that. The candidate-facing portal is on our roadmap - we will tell you when it ships.

Do you support contract + day-rate workflows as well as perm?

Yes. Custom fields on roles capture engagement type (perm, contract inside IR35, contract outside, umbrella). Quote shapes and reports separate perm placement fees from day rates so margin analytics work for both.

Can I track which consultant won which fee?

Yes - every won role is tagged to the consultant who placed the candidate. Reports surface per-consultant placement count, average fee, time-to-fill, and below-floor sign-off history. Targets can be set per consultant on the rep targets page.

How does the AI know my house style?

You teach it once in Settings → AI context: how you talk, what you sell, what to avoid. Every intro draft after that uses your voice. Most agencies use this to keep introductions from sounding like every other recruiter's.

Terminology that fits your shop. Out of the box, Jeanus calls them "leads" and "clients" in your nav, your dashboard, your reports, your emails. You can change either in Settings → Workspace at any time.
FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

Honest answers to the ones we hear most.

Not yet, and no. Today the AI drafts, summarises and advises in single-turn calls - it doesn't take multi-step actions autonomously. Agentic flows are on the roadmap. We don't train models on your data either; your customer data never leaves your tenant. What learns over time is the per-tenant AI context document where you teach the AI your house style and terminology.
