Jeanus vs Salesforce

Salesforce is built for enterprise IT. Jeanus is built for the team that sells.

Salesforce Sales Cloud Pro is around £80/seat/month before add-ons and the consultant you'll hire to configure it. For a 10-rep team that's £9,600/year minimum. Jeanus is £99/month flat, you configure it yourself in the first-run wizard in five minutes, and if you outgrow self-serve we build the custom layer ourselves - no Salesforce partner needed.

Switching from Salesforce? Common questions.

Can I migrate from Salesforce to Jeanus?

Yes. Salesforce Data Loader or Workbench exports every object as CSV. Drag onto Jeanus /imports, auto-map columns. The schema is simpler than Salesforce (you won't need most of the custom objects), so the import is faster than you'd expect. Outlook email history connects via Microsoft 365 OAuth.

What about all the Salesforce customisation we've done?

If you've built process flows, Apex triggers, custom objects, Lightning components - those don't come across as code, but we can model the equivalent in Jeanus's standard product (workflows, custom fields, sequences) or as part of a bespoke build if it genuinely needs custom code. Talk to us - we've mapped a few large Salesforce setups.

Is Jeanus enterprise-grade for security?

Two-factor authentication is mandatory on every sign-in. Every page navigation is in the audit log. New-IP login alerts go to email. Data sits on Supabase (PostgreSQL + Row Level Security) and Vercel. SOC 2 isn't a click-to-buy on Jeanus today - if your procurement requires it, talk to us about bespoke deployment which can include the certification stack.

What if our SF setup has 50,000+ accounts and 1M+ activities?

The standard product is sized for SMB / mid-market (up to ~10,000 accounts, ~5M activities). Beyond that, talk to us about bespoke build - we tune the storage, indexing, and search layer to your scale and you own the source code. We've done it for tenants with 60k-product catalogues; similar shape for large CRM books.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

Honest answers to the ones we hear most.

Not yet, and no. Today the AI drafts, summarises and advises in single-turn calls - it doesn't take multi-step actions autonomously. Agentic flows are on the roadmap. We don't train models on your data either; your customer data never leaves your tenant. What learns over time is the per-tenant AI context document where you teach the AI your house style and terminology.
