Jeanus vs Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a pipeline. Jeanus is a platform.

Pipedrive does the sales pipeline brilliantly - that's what it was built for. Where you'll outgrow it is when you need a customer portal, repeat pricing, multi-currency, sign-offs, or anything that isn't 'move deal to next stage'. Jeanus does the pipeline at the same quality and ships the rest of the platform around it. £99/month flat vs Pipedrive's £390/month for 10 reps plus add-ons.

Switching from Pipedrive? Common questions.

I love the Pipedrive kanban - is Jeanus's as good?

Drag-to-stage kanban with multi-pipeline, full deal detail, comms timeline, lead scoring, idle-lead alerts and customisable stages per pipeline. Same shape; same speed. If you tried it side-by-side you'd struggle to tell which is which on the deal-management surface. The differences show up in everything around the kanban.

Can I migrate from Pipedrive without losing anything?

Yes. Pipedrive's built-in export gives you contacts, organizations, deals, activities, notes as CSV. Drag onto Jeanus /imports, auto-map columns. Email history connects via Outlook OAuth so historical threads come too. Custom fields map across as Jeanus custom fields. Pipeline structure migrates as-is.

What's the catch at £99/mo flat?

No catch on the headline. Where Pipedrive will be cheaper than Jeanus is for very small teams (1-3 reps) where the £29/seat starter tier ends up under £99. Above that, Jeanus is cheaper, and you get the customer portal + AI + multi-currency that Pipedrive can't match at any tier.

What about the Pipedrive marketplace add-ons we use?

The marketplace is where Pipedrive shines for niche integrations. Jeanus has fewer pre-built integrations today (Outlook, Stripe, Companies House are baked in; the rest of our roadmap is per-tenant via the bespoke build path or webhooks). If your Pipedrive workflow depends on 3+ marketplace add-ons, audit them first - some have direct Jeanus equivalents, others would need a bespoke wiring or a Zapier-style middleware.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

Honest answers to the ones we hear most.

Not yet, and no. Today the AI drafts, summarises and advises in single-turn calls - it doesn't take multi-step actions autonomously. Agentic flows are on the roadmap. We don't train models on your data either; your customer data never leaves your tenant. What learns over time is the per-tenant AI context document where you teach the AI your house style and terminology.
